House washes are done low pressure from the ground with a biodegradable solution to remove mold, mildew, dirt and debris from vinyl or *aluminum siding. They also rinse around the windows, trim and outside of *gutters.

*Aluminum Siding build up oxidation. Oxidation is a stain and cannot be removed with house washing. The mold, mildew, dirt and debris will come off. Stains do not.

*We try our best to remove the black drip marks on the exterior of gutters. These are stained into aluminum and do not come out all the way.
