We use a solution to make all dirt and debris come to surface so we do not have to wash the wood as hard or composite material. For older wood that splinters we also recommend adding the sanding service. Please include in the notes the dimensions of your deck. We also need to know if you have railings, stairs, benches, etc. We will confirm your appointment and email the final price. We will pressure wash the top of floor, railings, stairs and the posts that hold up deck. We do not wash the underneath of floor. |
